Circulation Policies: Berry Faculty & Staff
All Faculty and Staff members who wish to check out material from the library need to complete a Patron Registration Form at the Circulation Desk. This is a one-time registration process and your Faculty/Staff ID card will serve as your library card.

Please note: Interdepartmental charges are available for these additional services. You must know your departmental charge number and proper paperwork must be completed at the Library Service Desk to insure the accuracy of these records. Personal copies/printing are the responsibility of the faculty/staff member.
Lost Item Replacement Charges
- Although the library does not charge overdue fines, all patrons remain responsible for replacement costs for any items they are unable to return or renew within 30 days of the due date.
- All items not returned or renewed within 30 days of the due date are considered lost, and the appropriate lost item fees will be assessed to your account. Users who find and return lost items after payment has been made will be refunded the lost item replacement fees. The lost item processing fee ($5.00) is non-refundable, except in those cases where the library's records have been determined to be in error.
- The library reserves the right to transfer collection of lost book fees to the Berry College Business Office in the event of non-payment at the library.
