Celebrate the good old days and create new memories as you gather with fellow alumni. With the beautiful setting of Oa Hill as a backdrop, Mega Reunion is always a magical evening complete with good friends, gourmet food, inflatables for the kids, live music and dancing. The event is for all Berry Alumni; special recognition of the following reunion classes: 73A, 73C, 78A, 78C, 83+A, 83C, 88C, 93C, 98C, 03C, 08C.
Live Musical Entertainment: 5 to 10 p.m.
Beverages: Two servings of wine/beer are included in the event price; non-alcoholic beverages are free; a cash beer/win bar will be open throughout the evening.
Food: Gourmet food served under the big tent from 5:30 p.m.
to 8:30 p.m.
Attire: Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable...anything from business casual to jeans and flip-flops acceptable!
Seating: Seating is limited; registration required, each reunion class will have its own tailgate tent and cluster of tables/chairs; special tent section for all High School/Academy alumni.
Parking: Shuttle service from Harbin Clinic back parking lot available from 4:50 p.m. to 10 p.m. Harbin Clinic is located across from the exit gate at Oak Hill. No parking at Oak Hill
due to the large number of expected attendees.
The Martha Berry Museum will be open for viewing of the new Berry history exhibit. (Food and beverages not allowed in the exhibit area.)
Reunion Awards: Reunion class awards and tent decorating contest winners announced.
