Berry College Registrar

VikingWeb for students (https://vikingweb.berry.edu) gives you access to key information about courses and various aspects of your student record.

By entering your ID and password you will be able to see the following items:

Course Search
The course search option allows you to see all courses offered for a specified year and term. It also allows you to search for courses based on specific times, departments, or whether a class is open or closed. In addition to the current term, you also may choose other terms from the term drop-down box.

Course Information
You can access your course materials in either the Course Manager portlet or the All My Courses portlet. Click on the link for the course you want to access. Once the course information is retrieved, you will see a number of navigation options on your left. The options include Readings, Handouts, Weblinks, and Coursemates.

Your Class Schedule
You may access My Schedule at any time to view and print your schedule of courses. You may select different terms by using the drop-down box option at the top of the screen. You may also view or print your schedule in a convenient day planner format.

Your Course History
Selecting course history allows you to see all completed courses as well as those courses that are in progress (grades not yet assigned). The course history option shows transfer courses as well as local work.

Grade Information
Grade Information provides you with an unofficial transcript sorted by term. Within this area, there is also a GPA calculator. Please note that the grade point average calculated is your combined (or career) grade point average. Career information is the sum of your local (or Berry) work and your transfer work.

Student Information
The student information section allows you to check your current address and submit address changes via VikingWeb. It also allows you to see your current advisor(s) of record, classification, major(s) and minors(s), and your anticipated graduation date.

Graduation Information (My Aims)
If you have declared your major, the Registrar's Office has assigned what is called an "AIM" to you. An "AIM" is the sum of the courses and other requirments necessary to complete a specific major, minor, or other degree-related requirement. After you complete courses and are assigned grades each term, courses are "slotted" into your degree program. You may access a graduation report, an "AIM" summary, and even look at requirements for other majors. If you have any questions about your "AIM", please contact the Registrar's Office.

Your Password
You may now change your password to something that you can more easily remember. As soon as you log in, click on My Info. Next click on Change Password and then click Change Hint. Enter your current password followed by your new password. Then type your new password a second time to confirm it. You must also enter your password hint question, your hint answer and then Save your changes. To use the Forgot Password link, you must have previously entered a password hint question and answer.
