Undergraduate Degree Plans
During the first semester of a student's junior year (or at the completion of 60 semester hours), the student must make an appointment with the registrar to complete an Undergraduate Degree Plan. This form will outline a planned program of study. It will include classes the student has taken, classes the student needs to complete, and any other outstanding college requirements. After the appointment, the student will need to sign the degree plan and have his or her academic advisor sign it. Finally the student will return the form to our office where it will be reviewed, signed by the registrar, and returned to the student. Go to VikingWeb and print a copy of your Graduation Report (Advising Worksheet) so that you can verify we have you in the correct degree program, major and minor. You should also check your General Education requirements, other degree requirements and Cultural Events. https://vikingweb.berry.edu
