Verification Requests
Many students may find that they must provide a verification of enrollment, academic standing, GPA, etc., to a third party. These requests might be made by insurance companies who offer good student discounts, scholarship committees, governmental agencies, etc. Most of the parties making such a request will provide a form for this purpose. Bring this form to the registrar's office for completion. If you do not have a form, a written request for this information will suffice. Requests for specific, personally identifiable information, such as grades, GPA, or social security number, must also bear the student's signature.
