VikingWeb Features

VikingWeb is Berry 's portal, a one-stop destination to access campus online resources. It delivers appropriate, role-based access to administrative and academic information allowing users to make more efficient and effective decisions.

To login to VikingWeb, go to https://vikingweb.berry.edu and enter your User ID (your Berry ID number) and your password.

Via the connection with Berry 's administrative database, VikingWeb will populate student and faculty accounts with their courses, schedules, descriptions and class lists. Listed below are the benefits and features of VikingWeb and the Learning Management System (LMS), an integral component of VikingWeb:

Password Changes

To change your VikingWeb password, login and then click My Info in the top left corner, click Change Your Password, click Change Hint. You should see a screen like this one:

Enter your current password in Old Password, enter a new password (something you can easily remember but not something that someone could guess about you), enter it again, enter a Hint Question (example: Mother's maiden name?), enter a Hint Answer (example: Smith).

Forgot Password?

If you should ever forget your password, and have entered a password hint question and answer, just enter your User ID (Berry ID number) and click Forgot Your Password on the Sign On page.

Answer the Hint Question correctly and the system will automatically reset your password and will email it to the email address we have in the database ( Berry email address for current students and faculty/staff).

If you do not have a Password Hint Question and do not remember your password, please email VikingWeb Support at vwsupport@berry.edu . Please include your full name and Berry id number in the email. If you are a current student, be sure to email from your Berry email account.
