Former Berry Athlete Patty Llaguno Represents Spain in Paddle Championship

August 23, 2008 ... When the World Paddle Championships begin today in Canada, two Berry sports will be represented in the person of Patty Llaguno. The former Berry women's tennis and soccer player will compete for Spain in the World Championships, which take place from Aug. 23-30 in Calgary.

Berry Baseball Announces 2008-09 Signing Class

June 19, 2008 ... On Thursday, Berry baseball coach David Beasley announced the 12-member signing class for the 2008-09 season. The Vikings inked four pitchers and eight position players in this year's signing class. The team brings in eight freshmen to the incoming class, with four transfer players also joining the ranks.
