Each year during Alumni Weekend in June, a handful of Berry alumni are recognized for their outstanding contributions. Once recognized, they are honored in the Hall of Fame in the Berry Alumni Center.
THE DISTINGUISHED ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
J. Barry Griswell (71C),chairman and chief executive officer of Principal Financial Group and a member of the Berry College Board of Trustees.
THE DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD
W. Glenn Cornell (62C), The first alumnus to chair the Berry College Board of Trustees, Mr. Cornell has served the business and economic development interests of Georgia for more than 40 years.
THE ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT AWARD
Roy N. Miller (58C),founder, owner, president and CEO of Southern Used Packaging and Bottling Machinery
THE OUTSTANDING YOUNG ALUMNI AWARD
Timothy J. Goodwin (03C),founded his own money management practice, Goodwin Investment Advisory
