Equine Courses

The Animal Science program (including the Pre-veterinary Medicine track) is designed for the student interested in professional careers related to horses or other animal species. Students in many academic areas of liberal arts and sciences take advantage of Animal Science courses as electives to enhance their knowledge and skills with horses or other animals.

Equine Related Courses

There are several courses in the animal science program that allow students to emphasize the equine species within the animal science degree if they desire. These courses also can be taken for credit toward an animal science minor.
