First Grade
with Lori Frederick

Lori Frederick received her Bachelor's Degree from Berry College in 1993. She began her teaching career at the Berry College Child Development Center and as the director of the after school program. After teaching preschool for three years, Mrs. Frederick moved to the elementary school to begin teaching first grade. She enjoys planning and implementing interdisciplinary units as well as working with the other teachers at the school to help children reach their full potential. She seeks to provide a warm, personalized environment where children are supported in discovering their unique talents and abilities and in becoming responsible citizens. She believes that patience, planning, and a positive attitude are the essentials in providing such an environment.
